1. SO WHAT IS MONKEYTOWN DROP-OFF?
MonkeyTown Drop-Off is a new SUPERVISED PLAY PERIOD where parents and caregivers can drop-off their kids for up to 2 hours of guilt-free fun. Kids can enjoy themselves in our bright and stimulating playspace, complete with a snack break, under the supervision of our experienced staff while Mom & Dad run errands, go out for dinner, or just plain take a break!
Drop-Off is in addition to our popular Open Play (parent/caregiver supervised) which we continue to offer daily.
2. WHO CAN COME TO MONKEYTOWN DROP-OFF?
We accept toilet-trained children ages 2 ½ through 7 years old. If your child has special needs or requires specialized individual attention, we will need to meet well in advance to determine whether your child’s needs can be accommodated. We cannot accept children who are sick. Please pack a bag with a labeled change of clothes for unexpected messes.
3. WHEN ARE SESSIONS OFFERED?
Children can be dropped off during the following times, and stay for up to 2 hours (sessions are subject to cancellation)

· Fees are for Supervised Drop-Off service only. Parent- or caregiver-supervised Open Play before or after Drop-Off is available at additional charge.

6. SOUNDS GREAT! HOW DO I SIGN-UP?
Supervised play must be booked in advance, in person or by calling 519-969-0707. Payment is due at the time of booking by cash, debit, or credit card. You can drop-in without pre-booking; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
On your first Drop-Off visit, you will be asked to complete a registration and waiver form.
