SOME DETAILS ABOUT OUR PARTIES:
Be ready to have FUN - you have MonkeyTown all to yourself for 2 hours!!
Party Cost
The facility cost for a 2-hour party at MonkeyTown is $200.00 plus HST. Additional time may be available at additional cost. During your party, you will have exclusive use of the playspace.
The facility cost does not include food for the party. You can bring in a cake, fruit tray and/or veggie tray for your party. All other food items must be purchased from our menu (includes pizza, penne & salad).
You don't have to order food - you can always choose to have a "cake only" party.
We supply one juice box per child. Additional drinks for children or adults are available for purchase. You may also bring in your own drinks.
We take care of set up, clean up and assisting with the running of the party. We supply paper plates, cutlery and napkins (primary colours).
Party Size
We can accommodate up to 30 children at a private party. Total attendance (including adults) cannot exceed our capacity.
Party Information
Before your party, we will discuss the party schedule. Typically, children will spend the first portion of the party in the playspace. The party schedule will depend on your menu choices, whether you will be opening gifts and the number of attendees.
Please plan on arriving no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled party and emptying the facility within 10 minutes of the end of your party.
You may bring in balloons and limited decorations. Please, no confetti, small pieces, items that must be taped to the walls or pinatas
The rules and conditiosn are the same as open play. You are responsible for the supervision and care of the children at your party. You must sufficient adults present to supervise. Parents/guardians will be asked to sign a waiver.
Please remind your guests to bring socks!
BOOKING A PARTY
Please come in or contact us at 519-969-0707 to book your party. Your party date is not reserved until the deposit is paid. Deposit on booking is $50 and is non refundable. Sorry, we cannot hold dates without the deposit. We need your email address or mailing address so that we can send you a party booking confirmation.
Your party (including the balance of the facility cost and menu items) must be paid in full at least 7 days before your party. We also need to know the total number of guests at that time.
Note that if the party is cancelled within 7 days of the event, the facility fee ($200 + GST) is non-refundable. Your food cost can be refunded until 2 hours before scheduled start of the party.
INVITATIONS
We now have GREAT invitations available letting everyone know the party is at MonkeyTown - only 75 cents each (plus tax)
LOOT BAGS
If you are looking for something different, we have discounted alternatives to loot bags, like one-visit passes and I'm a MonkeyTown Kid t-shirts, Melissa & Doug Write-a-mats, sticker books and more! Most options need advance notice to ensure sufficient stock.
