By entering the playspace, you are agreeing to follow all the posted rules, including:
1. Be a Kid! Have FUN!
2. Play Safe! Only go down the slide feet first. No running or boisterous play. No improper use
of toys or equipment.
3. MonkeyTown is an unsupervised playspace. We are not responsible for the safety of
MonkeyTown’s patrons or any injury that may occur at MonkeyTown.
4. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Parents and caregivers must supervise their child(ren) at all times.
6. Make sure your children know and follow the rules.
7. MonkeyTown is a socks only facility.
8. Although the playspace is designed for children 7 and under, some toys and equipment are
not suitable for all ages. Parents and caregivers are responsible for making sure their
children play only with age-appropriate items.
9. Use appropriate and respectful language.
10. Please clean up after your child. Toys and equipment should be returned to their
designated areas or to a marked bin for cleaning.
11. There is no eating or drinking of any kind in the playspace. You can eat and drink only in the
snack area. No gum at MonkeyTown.
12. Please bring only “nut free” snacks. However, because we allow outside food, we cannot
guarantee that MonkeyTown is a nut free environment.
13. If you or a child is not feeling well, please visit another day.
14. No in/out privileges with regular admission.
15. MonkeyTown is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to personal property.
16. Failure to follow the rules will result in prompt removal from the playspace without refund.
