PARTY TIMES
Semi-private parties are booked during our regular open play hours, 7 days a week.
PARTY ROOM RENTAL
A private party room is booked for one or two hours. During this time you will eat (if food is ordered), have cake, celebrate and open gifts. You may also use the room as the base for your guests as they play.
A party assistant is available during your booked time in the private party room. We will set up, clean up and help with the running of the party.
The balance of your party is spent having fun in the playspace with our other open play customers! Please remember that MonkeyTown can be busy during open play hours. We ask that you confirm the start and end time of your party so we can ensure sufficient space is saved for your group. Some bookings require that you play either before or after your party room time. Otherwise, the choice is up to you.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
We can accommodate up to 15 children for this type of party, typically with one to two accompanying adult per child. The birthday child may have a few additional adults, but please let us know prior to the party. During busy times, the number of adults may need to be limited or subject to additional charge.
FOOD
You may only bring in a cake, fruit tray and/or veggie tray for your party,. We have pizza avaialble to order if you choose. Please contact us about prices.
We supply cutlery, plates and 1 juice per child. Additional drinks and snacks are available for purchase from our snack bar. You do not have to order food. You can choose to have a “cake only” party.
BOOKING A PARTY
Please come in or call us at 519-969-0707 to book your party. The party room cost must be paid at the time of booking and the fee is non-refundable. We are not able to take reservations without payment.
Your food order must be paid in advance, at least 7 days before your party. You also must confirm the number of guests at that time. You may pay for your guests on the day of the party or in advance based on your estimate, which would be adjusted on party day.
